PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Inform the users who fill out the form with their data about company initiatives, products and services offered or to contact the company and the various company functions of interest for other purposes. The form may also be used to book the tour at the SUPERNAP Italia datacenter in Siziano.
LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT
By sending data through the form, the user consents to the processing of personal data to be contacted or to be informed of corporate initiatives. The processing is therefore necessary to fulfill a specific request of the interested party: execution of a contract of which the user is a party and having as its subject the aforementioned purposes.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data will be stored until the processing consent is revoked. Once the aforementioned storage terms have expired, the Data will be destroyed, erased or made anonymous, compatibly with the technical procedures of cancellation and backup.
OBLIGATION PROVIDING DATA
The provision of data highlighted with an asterisk (*) in the registration form is mandatory. The refusal to provide the aforementioned data does not, therefore, allow the user to be contacted or to send information relating to the services offered by the company or to commercial initiatives and events.
The data may be processed, on behalf of the owner, by subjects designated as data processors.
SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED FOR TREATMENT
The data may be processed by employees of company departments appointed to pursue the aforementioned purposes, which have been expressly authorized for processing and which have received adequate operating instructions.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION
The Data may be transferred abroad in non-European countries, and in particular in the USA subject to the signing of the standard contractual clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses) adopted / approved by the European Commission pursuant to art. 46, 2, lett. c) and d).
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY – CLAIM TO THE CONTROLLING AUTHORITY

Inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete Data, the deletion of Data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR. Moreover, if the data processing is based on consent or the contract and is carried out with automated tools, the interested party has the right to receive the Data in a structured format, commonly used and automatically readable, as well as, if technically feasible, to pass them on to another holder without impediment. The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent control authority in the Member State in which he habitually resides or works or of the State in which the alleged violation occurred.
